Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots. Slice them into evenly sized rounds or sticks.

  3. Drizzle honey over the carrots and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir to coat.
  4. Cover and reduce heat to low, cooking for another 10-15 minutes until tender.
