Description

A flavorful blend of spices reminiscent of summer gatherings and seafood feasts.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons celery salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried bay leaves (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  1. Start with a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Measure and add all spices into the bowl.
  3. Stir the spices well until they’re evenly mixed.
  4. Taste the blend and adjust heat or herb levels if needed.
  5. Transfer to an airtight jar or spice container.
  6. Label and date for future reference.
  7. Store in a cool, dark place for up to six months.

Notes

For a spicier version, adjust the cayenne to your liking. Mix directly in a jar for convenience.
