Description

A fun take on the classic Big Mac, wrapped in tortillas with a nostalgic special sauce and fresh ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pickles
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: chop the lettuce, slice the pickles, and shred the cheese.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, chopped pickles, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt to make the special sauce.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat, spread special sauce, add cooked beef, layers of lettuce, a slice of cheese, and pickles.
  5. Fold the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly, tucking in the edges.
  6. Optional: Grill the wrap in a skillet until golden.
  7. Slice the wraps in half and serve with extra special sauce on the side.

Notes

Substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter or vegetarian option. Whole wheat tortillas and dairy-free cheese can be used for healthier versions.
