- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line your baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy and light.
- Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Gently fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
- Allow cookies to cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle some flaky sea salt on top before baking or drizzle some melted chocolate after cooling for added flavor.
