- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined.
- Fold in the caramel sauce.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Shape the dough into rounds and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Cool on a wire rack and drizzle with more caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
For a vegan option, substitute butter with vegan butter and eggs with flaxseed meal.
