- 1 cup whole wheat flour (or almond flour for gluten-free)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (or coconut oil)
- Herbs and spices (garlic powder, dried herbs, paprika)
- 2–3 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cheese, flour, and butter until crumbly.
- Mix in your preferred herbs and spices.
- Gradually add water until dough forms; add more flour if sticky.
- Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness and cut into shapes.
- Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before enjoying.
Notes
Ensure not to overbake to keep crackers from becoming too dark. Let dough rest for 15 minutes for better handling.
