Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together sweetener, eggs, yogurt, and mashed bananas.
- Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently mix in berries and any optional nuts or spices.
- Spoon batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
