- 1 medium tomato, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the skillet over medium-low heat.
- Prepare the rolls by slicing them in half and spreading butter generously on the outside.
- Layer the inside with cheese, fresh tomato slices, and herbs. Add sautéed mushrooms if desired.
- Grill the sandwich in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden. Flip and press down gently to melt cheese.
- Slice and serve once golden and melty, letting it sit for a minute before cutting.
- Garnish and enjoy with salad or tomato soup.
