Description

Deliciously baked Ham and Cheese Sticks that combine savory ham and melty cheese in a buttery pastry, perfect for gatherings or cozy meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb deli ham, sliced
  • 1 lb mozzarella or gouda cheese, shredded
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until thin.
  3. Cut the pastry into rectangles or squares.
  4. Place a slice of ham on each piece of dough, followed by a generous amount of cheese and herbs.
  5. Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter or olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
