- 20 Oreo Cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted Butter, melted
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Powdered Sugar for frosting
- Halloween themed Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Crush about 20 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter, pressing into the bottom of the pan to create the crust.
- In a bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, sugar, and eggs until blended. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour batter over the Oreo crust and sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before frosting with a mix of softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Slice into squares, decorate with Halloween sprinkles, and serve.
