- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 large eggs

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Mix and knead: Add melted butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, and salt. Gradually stir in the flour until the dough comes together. Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- First rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 60 minutes until doubled.
- Prepare the filling: Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and softened butter in a bowl.
- Roll out the dough: After rising, punch it down and roll it out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Spread the filling: Spread the filling over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll and cut: Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
- Second rise: Place rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let them rise for another 30-40 minutes.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Make the frosting: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
- Frost and enjoy: Drizzle the frosting over the warm rolls and enjoy!
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute coconut oil for butter and use plant-based milk.
