- 250g Halloumi Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Oregano or Thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika or Chili Flakes
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Slice the halloumi into half-inch thick pieces.
- In a bowl, coat the halloumi with olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, and a pinch of salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the seasoned halloumi in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
- Remove from the air fryer, drizzle with lemon juice, and serve immediately.
Notes
Ensure the halloumi is dried well before seasoning for optimal crispiness. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
