A refreshing and creamy Guava Smoothie with tropical notes, perfect for breakfast or a light snack.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe Fresh Guavas, chopped
- 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or Coconut Milk
- 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1–2 tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
Instructions
- Wash the fresh guavas thoroughly, cut them in half, scoop out the seeds if necessary, and chop them into smaller pieces.
- Add the guava pieces to your blender.
- Follow with Greek yogurt or coconut milk, fresh mint leaves, and honey or maple syrup, if desired.
- Squeeze in the lime juice.
- Blend until smooth, adding more coconut milk or water if needed for desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or syrup if necessary, then blend again.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with mint sprigs or a slice of guava before serving.
Notes
For a chillier treat, freeze some guava slices to use in place of ice cubes.
