Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, peaches)
- 0.5 cup liquid base (milk, almond milk, coconut water, or juice)
- 1–2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar)
- Optional extras (scoop of protein powder, tablespoon of nut butter, or spinach)
Instructions
- Choose Your Base: Start with one cup of Greek yogurt in your blender.
- Add Your Fruit: Toss in a cup of your chosen fruit and optional ice cubes if using fresh fruit.
- Pour in Your Liquid: Add about half a cup of your chosen liquid base.
- Sweeten It Up: Add one to two tablespoons of your selected sweetener as needed.
- Blend Away: Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Serve and Enjoy: Pour into glasses, garnish, and enjoy immediately!
