- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 lbs boneless chicken (breasts or thighs)
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken in a ziplock bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over. Ensure it’s evenly coated. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat the grill or oven. For grilling, oil the grates and cook on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. For roasting, bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juices.
