Ingredients

- Burrata Cheese
- Unsalted Butter

Instructions
- Wash and slice the pears vertically into even pieces, about half an inch thick.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and place the pear slices in a single layer.
- Cook without moving for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
- Gently flip the pears, drizzle honey, and sprinkle with herbs and salt; toss to coat.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until pears are tender.
- Assemble the towers by layering pear slices and burrata cheese.
- Drizzle with more honey, sprinkle with black pepper, and garnish with nuts if using.
- Serve warm.
