- 8 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa or more)
- Edible gold dust
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Rinse the strawberries and pat them dry thoroughly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add coconut oil if desired.
- Dip each strawberry by the stem into the chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Sprinkle gold dust over the chocolate while it’s still wet.
- Let the strawberries set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to harden.
- Serve on a platter and enjoy!
