A delightful sandwich that combines creamy goat cheese and sweet honey, grilled to perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 slices rustic sourdough or whole-grain bread
- 2 oz creamy goat cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- Fresh herbs (thyme or basil) for garnish
Instructions
- Spread a layer of goat cheese on one slice of bread and drizzle honey on top.
- Place another slice of bread on top and press gently.
- Spread softened butter or drizzle olive oil on the outside of both slices.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese begins to melt.
- Sprinkle fresh herbs before serving, and slice the sandwich in half.
Notes
For variations, try using different cheeses or adding sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
