Ingredients

  • 2 oz creamy goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or basil) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Spread a layer of goat cheese on one slice of bread and drizzle honey on top.
  2. Place another slice of bread on top and press gently.
  3. Spread softened butter or drizzle olive oil on the outside of both slices.
  4. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Grill the sandwich for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese begins to melt.
  6. Sprinkle fresh herbs before serving, and slice the sandwich in half.
