Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the molasses, vegetable oil, and eggs and whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring gently until just blended.
- Transfer the batter into your prepared cake pan, smoothing it out evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool for about 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve plain or topped with whipped cream or cream cheese frosting.
