  4. Once shimmering, add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add snap peas and stir to coat, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until bright and tender-crisp.
  6. Drizzle in soy sauce and stir to combine, sautéing an additional minute.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
