A delightful dish of roasted shrimp infused with garlic and finished with Parmesan cheese, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4–5 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- If using fresh shrimp, peel and devein them. If frozen, ensure they are completely thawed and dried.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss the shrimp in a mixing bowl with the garlic butter, salt, pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Spread the shrimp out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake the shrimp for about 8-10 minutes until pink and opaque.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and fresh herbs on top.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or main course.
Notes
Serve over pasta or alongside a salad. Can also be enjoyed chilled as a salad topping the next day.
