- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Rinse the trout fillets and dry them with paper towels.
- Season the Fish: Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the trout.
- Heat the Pan: Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until foamy.
- Add Garlic: Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Sear the Trout: Place trout skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Flip and Finish Cooking: Flip, add more butter and parsley, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add Lemon: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top and garnish with parsley.
