Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Dice them into small, uniform cubes.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and sauté until golden brown.
- Introduce the chopped onions and garlic, cooking until the onions become translucent.
- Season with salt, pepper, and your chosen herbs, mixing well.
- Once the potatoes are fork-tender and crispy, stir in the cheese until it melts over the mixture.
- Cook for an additional few minutes until combined and gooey. Serve warm with a sprinkle of fresh herbs on top.
Notes
