Description

Delicious sliders filled with tender roast beef, melted cheese, and served with rich au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 8 soft buttery slider buns
  • 8 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
  • 1 cup au jus (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté sliced onions and minced garlic with olive oil until fragrant and caramelized.
  3. Add sliced roast beef with a splash of au jus and warm gently.
  4. Spread butter on the cut sides of slider buns and toast them in the oven until golden brown.
  5. Assemble sliders with beef and cheese, then return to the oven until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve with warm au jus for dipping.
