Ingredients

- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 soft buttery slider buns
- 8 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
- 1 cup au jus (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, sauté sliced onions and minced garlic with olive oil until fragrant and caramelized.
- Add sliced roast beef with a splash of au jus and warm gently.
- Spread butter on the cut sides of slider buns and toast them in the oven until golden brown.
- Assemble sliders with beef and cheese, then return to the oven until cheese is melted.
- Serve with warm au jus for dipping.
Notes
For vegetarian options, substitute beef with marinated mushrooms or sautéed jackfruit.
