- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup chopped Flamin’ Hot pretzels
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease your muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, brown sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly, then whisk in eggs, milk, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in chopped Flamin’ Hot pretzels.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
To keep pretzel crunch, avoid overmixing and be gentle when folding them into the batter.
