Description

Tender steak bites seasoned and seared to perfection, drizzled with homemade chili butter for an irresistible flavor explosion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb flank or sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp chili powder (or smoked paprika for milder flavor)
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnish
  • Juice of 1 lemon (or lime)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, chili powder, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir until fragrant and keep warm.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak cubes in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned. Avoid overcrowding the pan.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and pour the warm chili butter over the steak bites. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately on a platter.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, replace butter with olive oil. Add sautéed mushrooms for extra flavor.
