Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggnog and egg, blending well to create a rich mixture.
- Incorporate flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg until just combined.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes for best results.
- Prepare the spiced sugar coating by mixing sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a separate bowl.
- Shape the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and roll in the spiced sugar mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden, then let them cool on a wire rack.
