Instructions
- Prepare the Cranberry Juice: Simmer cranberries in a pot with equal parts water and sugar for 10-15 minutes until they burst. Allow to cool.
- Mix the Base: Combine the cooled cranberry juice with fresh citrus juice, adjusting sweetness to taste.
- Add the Fizz: Just before serving, gently pour in the sparkling water or club soda and stir carefully.
- Garnish: Serve in glasses filled with ice, topping with a sprig of rosemary or mint and a few cranberries.
