- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 20 Ladyfingers
- 1 cup Strong Brewed Coffee or Espresso
- 1 cup Mango Puree
- 1/2 cup Passionfruit Pulp
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Heavy Whipped Cream
- Cocoa Powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and allow it to cool, adding a splash of coffee liqueur if desired.
- In a bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in the whipped cream.
- Blend the ripe mango until smooth, then stir in the passionfruit pulp.
- Quickly dip ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and place them in a dish. Layer with the mascarpone mixture and then the fruit puree. Repeat until all ingredients are used, ending with mascarpone on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and garnish with fresh mango slices and passionfruit seeds.
Notes
For best results, let the tiramisu chill overnight to enhance flavor blending. Use fresh ingredients for optimal taste.
