- 2 ripe mangoes
- 200g cream cheese
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 250g ladyfingers
- 100ml passionfruit puree
Instructions
- Prepare the mango puree by peeling and chopping mangoes. Blend until smooth, then strain.
- Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Make the filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
- Layer the mango puree into half of the filling to create a fruity layer.
- Build the tiramisu by dipping ladyfingers in passionfruit puree and arranging them in a dish.
- Add half of the mango filling over the ladyfingers, followed by another layer of ladyfingers, then top with plain cream cheese filling.
- Chill the dish covered for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve garnished with fresh mango slices and passionfruit seeds.
Notes
Avoid soaking ladyfingers too long. Chill overnight for best flavor.
