Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 100g granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 250g ladyfingers
  • 100ml passionfruit puree

Instructions

  1. Prepare the mango puree by peeling and chopping mangoes. Blend until smooth, then strain.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Make the filling by beating cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth, then fold in whipped cream.
  4. Layer the mango puree into half of the filling to create a fruity layer.
  5. Build the tiramisu by dipping ladyfingers in passionfruit puree and arranging them in a dish.
  6. Add half of the mango filling over the ladyfingers, followed by another layer of ladyfingers, then top with plain cream cheese filling.
  7. Chill the dish covered for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve garnished with fresh mango slices and passionfruit seeds.

Notes

Avoid soaking ladyfingers too long. Chill overnight for best flavor.
