- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 large Eggs
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Eggnog
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups Graham Crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until crisp, then let it cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, followed by eggnog and spices, mixing until just combined.
- Pour filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool in the pan for about an hour, then transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
- Cut into squares and garnish with nutmeg or whipped cream before serving.
Notes
Avoid overmixing the filling to prevent cracking. Chill the bars completely for best texture.
