Description

Delightful Eggnog Cheesecake Bars with a creamy filling and buttery crust, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Eggnog
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake for about 10 minutes until crisp, then let it cool.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth, gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, followed by eggnog and spices, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool in the pan for about an hour, then transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 4 hours.
  9. Cut into squares and garnish with nutmeg or whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Avoid overmixing the filling to prevent cracking. Chill the bars completely for best texture.
