Instructions
- Place the ricotta in a mixing bowl and let it come to room temperature.
- Add honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Drizzle in the olive oil, and sprinkle in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Using a hand mixer, whip until light and fluffy.
- Taste and adjust seasonings, adding lemon juice if desired.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and top with extra olive oil and chopped fresh herbs.
