Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your cupcake pan by lining it with paper liners.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with milk.
- Spoon batter into cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. Decorate once completely cooled.
