A delightful, sweet, and slightly spiced pull-apart monkey bread perfect for Christmas morning gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cans of biscuits (canned or homemade)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a Bundt pan generously with non-stick spray or melted butter.
- Separate and cut the biscuits into quarters.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, and optional nutmeg. Toss the biscuit pieces in the mixture until coated.
- Layer the biscuit pieces in the Bundt pan, adding chopped nuts between layers if desired, and pour melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and the dough pulls apart easily.
- Cool for a few minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
To ensure the monkey bread remains soft, cover it with aluminum foil halfway through baking. For a sweeter finish, drizzle with a mixture of powdered sugar and heavy cream after cooling slightly.
