Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.

- In another bowl, combine the eggs, melted butter, buttermilk, and orange juice. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry, stirring gently.
- Fold in the blueberries and orange zest until evenly distributed.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool slightly in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack.

For a gluten-free option, substitute all-purpose flour with a 1:1 gluten-free baking flour. For a vegan version, replace eggs with flax eggs and use oil instead of butter.
