Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Gently fold in the eggs one at a time.
- Grease a baking dish or ramekins with coconut oil or butter.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 35-40 minutes, until set in the center.
- Allow to cool briefly before serving.
Notes
