Ingredients
- Fresh Salmon Fillets
- Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice
- Garlic
- Herbs (fresh dill or parsley)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets, adding herbs if desired.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, spaced apart for even cooking.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
