Ingredients

  • Fresh Salmon Fillets
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Juice
  • Garlic
  • Herbs (fresh dill or parsley)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Optional: Honey or maple syrup, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the salmon fillets, adding herbs if desired.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, spaced apart for even cooking.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  6. Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
  7. Plate and drizzle with additional lemon, if desired, and serve with chosen sides.
