Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and eggnog in a separate bowl until smooth, then add the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  6. Mix the crumb topping ingredients in a small bowl until crumbly and sprinkle over the batter.
