- 1 lb ground meat (beef, pork, or turkey)
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix the ground meat, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, herbs, egg, and sauce in a large bowl until just combined.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized balls, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 73°C).
- Serve with sauce or enjoy straight from the pan.

Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes after baking to keep them juicy.
