Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, chopped parsley, beaten egg, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauce.
