  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk or sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cornbread mix, canned corn, cream-style corn, eggs, milk or sour cream, and melted butter. Stir until just mixed.
  3. Fold in the cheese, reserving a handful for topping.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking.
