Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 firm apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 8 oz (226g) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp butter (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the apples by coring them, leaving the bottom intact.
  3. Make the cheesecake filling by blending cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
  4. Stuff each apple with the cheesecake filling, mounding slightly above the top.
  5. Arrange the stuffed apples in a baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until apples are tender and filling is puffed.
