- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Gather ingredients and tools: large mixing bowl, whisk, 8×8 inch dish, spatula.
- In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese until creamy, then gently fold in whipped topping until combined.
- Spread a thin layer of pudding at the bottom of the dish. Layer graham crackers, followed by the cream cheese mixture, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Repeat the layering process until the dish is full, ending with whipped topping and a sprinkle of chocolate chips and cocoa powder.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- After chilling, cut and serve, optionally garnished with mini marshmallows.
