  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats and brown sugar.
  4. Cream together butter and egg in a separate bowl, then add vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients, then fold in dark chocolate chunks.
  6. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet, spaced apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  8. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
