A sweet and crunchy praline delight made with toasted nuts and buttery caramel, perfect for sharing and celebrating special moments.
Ingredients

- 1 cup raw pecans or almonds (toasted)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Toast the nuts in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and fragrant.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sugar and stir until dissolved, then simmer until golden.
- Add the prepared nuts and vanilla extract to the caramel, stirring to coat.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly. Allow to cool completely.
- Once cool, break the hardened praline into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
Notes
For an added twist, mix in cocoa powder or cinnamon to the caramel for extra flavor.
