Instructions

  1. Prepare the Tart Shells: If using pre-made shells, place them on a baking tray. If making your own, preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden; cool completely.
  2. Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until creamy, add powdered sugar, and whisk smooth. Pour in heavy cream and beat until fluffy; chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and dry strawberries, hull them for elegance.
  4. Melt the Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate until smooth using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals.
  5. Assemble the Tartlets: Fill each tart shell with cream filling, dip strawberries in melted chocolate, and place on top.
  6. Chill and Serve: Chill assembled tartlets for at least an hour; serve with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.

Notes
