- 1 cup toffee bits

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in toffee bits.
- Drop dollops of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with extra sea salt.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
