- 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing in the vanilla extract until just combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; slowly add to wet ingredients until no dry flour remains.
- Fold in chocolate chunks and toffee bits with a spatula.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
- Cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For chewier cookies, refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes before baking.
