- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
Instructions
- Prep the dates by soaking them in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain and blend until smooth.
- Mix the date paste with roasted peanuts and nut butter until fully incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into a lined 8×8-inch baking dish, pressing it down evenly, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Chocolate coating: Melt dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth.
- Drizzle or dip each bar in melted chocolate and place them back on a parchment-lined tray to harden for 10-15 minutes.
- Enjoy the bars once the chocolate is set, and share with loved ones!
