Description

A delightful combination of crispy turkey fillets topped with tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for festive gatherings or everyday meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless turkey breast fillets
  • 1 cup plain or seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional, for crispiness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the turkey fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and herbs; add olive oil for extra crispiness if desired.
  4. Dip each fillet in the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the crusted fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  6. Meanwhile, heat the cranberry sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
  7. Serve turkey fillets topped with warm cranberry sauce.

Notes

For an added touch, serve with fresh herbs on top. Allow the turkey to rest before slicing for juicy meat.
