Ingredients
Scale
- 4 boneless turkey breast fillets
- 1 cup plain or seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 large egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil (optional, for crispiness)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the turkey fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and herbs; add olive oil for extra crispiness if desired.
- Dip each fillet in the beaten egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the crusted fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
- Meanwhile, heat the cranberry sauce in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Serve turkey fillets topped with warm cranberry sauce.
Notes
For an added touch, serve with fresh herbs on top. Allow the turkey to rest before slicing for juicy meat.
